ive just set up the new Hub 3 and follow the instructions.
all my WiFi devices show full connection but will not connect!
We have reset the rooter and checked for faults but still have the same issue.
When you installed the new hub did you call the activation line 0800 953 9500 as all new devices are sent out de-activated ?
What are the status lights on the hub showing ?

I changed my address. i have the same hub 3. virgin sent me a new isolator cable.
