No internet connection

Ordered a new broadband kit, done with all the connections but somehow not able to connect to the internet. Please advise

Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday.  Explain what you have done, what lights are on, etc and they can advice.  You may need a manned install, as sometimes the cables are disconnected outside the property, e.g. in the street cabinet.

We're sorry to hear you were having an issue with getting your equipment up and running. Taking a look at this end, I can see an engineer was booked and then cancelled. I'm hoping this means things are sorted but if not, pop back and let us know so we can help further.
