No internet after self install

Recently moved and changed my broadband bundle. Activated it today but unable to connect to internet. Using the VM hub3, white light stays on but no internet connection. Tried restarting and rebooting but doesnt work. Unable to call through to VM hotline after waiting for a long time.

have you tried on a device connected directly to the Hub on an ethernet cable as well as wifi?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
