New customer, connected the hub as instructed, but no internet connection

Also I want  to know my account number

Have you activated the hub? 0800 953 9500

Your account number should be included in your original documentation, and on all emails and contracts you've received. I suggest checking your spam/junk folders in case the emails have been redirected there.

No, I can't find my account number, all the documents that were  emailed to me includes Contract summary sheet number and online order reference

And calling that number tells me that my account  seems to be business account and refere me to another number, that when I call and chose that I have problem with my home broadband refers me to the first number!!!

Did you sign up for a business account or a residential account?

It's possible that if you've installed the internet in a surgery/business premises that VM have the property listed as a business premise.

I requested my account on line, I am a new private tenant and I am not sure what was the previous tenant situation with virgin media
