Please help, we have just received a new router after re-signing up to Virgin after 5 months away.
However, we can't get onto the internet. We are getting a yellow light on front of the router and when we sign into the WIFI it takes us to the Router IP address and says there is a problem. Reset the router several times.
We have now received a replacement router and this still isn't working, with the same issue.
Is there something we are missing? Struggling to get hold of anyone in the call centre.
