I have an urgent need (work) for internet for a new apt, that has previously had a virgin connection. I have received no attempts for communication and since the customer service is swamped - I need to ask here.
Is there any way to hurry up getting the quickstart package? And are they trying to contact me only through phone? E-mail is my primary communication platform, since I don't have an UK mobile number - since I haven't received my Virgin SIM yet. It is also possible the phone number in the form is not correct for the reason I have just moved in from another country.
I have still received nothing regarding either SIM or the Quick Start package. All I have is the order number and that is all. I'm literally unable to work without a connection. Someone please do something about this.
