Hoping some one from the virgin team on here can help me as I have been trying to speak to some one on line and the phone but to no avail.
Cancelled my broadband service on Sunday due to not being offered the same price as a new customer for the ultimate oomph package. I then spoke to sales on Monday and agreed a new upgrade and all is good thus far. I have received an email with my new bill price and my contract is showing on my virgin account area.
I agreed to self install of theta boxes as we have ports already installed from previous tv install and I was told that I would get the tv boxes in the next 2 days. Great me thinks. So far I have only had the mobile sim delivered and switching my old number over has gone like clockwork. I have had no notification on tv boxes. Can anyone confirm if these have been ordered for me and when I might get them?
