I ordered a self install broadband package due to arrive on the 19th of May (tomorrow)
After checking my emails I discover I cannot check for a delivery time and I cannot access any further help as I am a new customer and do not have an account number.
On top of this the email said there will be follow up emails, but I've had none? no estimated delivery time, no confirmation and no set up of services?
How do i know if my order has been confirmed?
To top it all off I used a referral link from my Dad but I'm not even sure that worked?
Can someone help? this is a terrible start to buying into a new service.

Sorry to hear about this communication issue in regard to your installation process.
Please, let us explain that once you get installed you will be able to register online with your email and gain access to all the account information.
In the meantime, to look into this further I'm going to send you a PM.
Please check the top-right corner of our forum and you should see a purple envelope. Click this and you'll see my message.
We will be able to look this up for you and see what appointments have been booked as well as which date they're scheduled for.
We aim to improve your overall experience with us, since things have not been as clear for you so far.
Once we look into the account for you we will be able to process any query you may have.
