I had an engineer visit because I have no Virgin wall socket. He spent time looking around outside and said he needed to speak to his manager. After a couple of hours he left. I have no idea what is happening with regard to the installation. Can anybody help?

Thanks for the suggestion. Tried that and got no further forward, so have cancelled.
