No fibre wall socket. Engineer called, no update.

I had an engineer visit because I have no Virgin wall socket.  He spent time looking around outside and said he needed to speak to his manager.  After a couple of hours he left.  I have no idea what is happening with regard to the installation.  Can anybody help?

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 or 0345 454 1111 and see if they know whats happening


I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thanks for the suggestion.  Tried that and got no further forward, so have cancelled.
