No equipment or service after a month

I placed an order a month ago for an installation on the 30th November, the engineer called  on the day to say he had no Equipment, this order was then cancelled and a new one placed with an installation date of there 8th then exactly the same thing again on the day of the installation.

I have now wasted 2 days waiting in for an installation and made various calls to various departments and am unable to get a response to tell me when I will be getting my equipment, this is extremely unacceptable.

Can some one please assist me with is

Still nothing from Virgin, I still have no broadband or TV and worst still is I have heard nothing from them as to when I will get either. Absolutely shocking, and extremely poor service.

Would advise anyone thinking of changing over to this company think again

There's currently an equipment shortage. That's probably why.

Like many other companies, Virgin have equipment stuck in the docks. I'm waiting for kitchen equipment.  It's due to Bxxxxt.
