I am moving into a new property tomorrow and my virgin media broadband account is supposed to be activated tomorrow, however I haven't received any tracking for the hub and can not get through to anyone at VM and haven't received anything in the post....
Any help or advice would be great.

not helpful, the tracker you provided for yodel just says "We're expecting your parcel from your sender. We will provide updates here once we receive it." and the estimated delivery date is unavailable... if I'm supposed to be activated tomorrow, I'm assuming that wont be happening?

I'm very sorry to hear you've had a bit of trouble with the activation of your services and equipment at your new home. Has this since been addressed and resolved or do you still need our help with this matter today?
