Hello,
I signed up for a contract, switching from a different provider, then I received an email of the order update, and the only thing it said was an order reference number, no account number, which obviously I need to get anywhere in a phone number. I haven't received information about my delivery or contract. I've seen this is a repeat post so hopefully this will be an easy fix. Thanks!
