I had texts off Virgin yesterday and the day before, confirming my broadband box was on its way and that Yodel would inform me of my delivery slot. Nothing off Yodel. Waited in all day. Called Virgin support at 5pm who confirmed a 7pm - 9pm Yodel slot. They never came. I've had to take another day off work today in the hope it turns up. Is there any way I can track or contact Yodel. This is awful.
