No delivery text from Yodel

Hi

I'm a new customer, due to receive my QuickStart pack today. I received a text yesterday evening saying that I would get another message today with a two-hour delivery slot, but haven't had anything yet. Can I still expect it to arrive later today?

Also, when I login to my account it says that 'An engineer is due to install my services between 8am-6pm today' but as far as I was aware this wasn't needed, so assuming this is a glitch?
