I ordered a self installation broadband kit which was due to be delivered today however I have received no delivery date confirmation or welcome email so am unable to register a My Virgin Media account or track my delivery.
The whatsapp/online chat has so far been useless, and has just bounced me around menues in a chat format.
After seeing this occur for a lot of other users I'm starting to regret my decision to sign up with Virgin Media
