No delivery message from Yodel

My Quick start installation package was due for delivery today between 8 am to 6 pm. It’s already 3 pm in the afternoon and I haven’t received any tracking number or slot confirmation from Yodel either via email or SMS. 

is there any way to check and conform if the kit is out for delivery and when I can expect it to be delivered ??
