No delivery email

Hi, I signed up on the 24th of this month with Virgin media and was given a delivery date of today. (27/04). However, I haven't received any follow up SMS or any emails on the delivery confirmation contract etc, and have been given no delivery time. I also can't track my order through the website as it requires me to register an account, which I can't do as I don't have the information required (account number, location). The only information I have been given is the automatic email I received from webteam@virginmedia upon placing my order, which gives me order reference CH2001074848. 

I'd like to know if the order is still going ahead and when I can expect to receive my quickstart pack?
