No contract yet

I recently joined as a new customer but still not received a contract.

I have been receiving e-mails and one stipulated that I would be sent a link to my contract but nothing received as yet.

I have called twice about this and meant to be resent however still nothing.

Just conscious this might need a signature or something to confirm agreement therefore keen to get this done.

Hopefully someone can advise.

Can you log into "My account" on the VM website? If so then the link to your contract details is on the right hand side of the first page you log into.
