I have ordered a Fibre Broadband pack on the 28th of March (Fibre + 5GB mobile sim), for my new place.
I still haven't received any contract and it appears totally impossible to track my order without my contract. Consequently I don't have a clue about the date I should be receiving my order!
I have opted for the Quick Start delivery, meaning no engineer work is needed and when I ordered the confirmation email stated that I should receive my contract in the next days and my order shortly after.
If anyone here could help, I would be grateful as I have no internet connection and have to use my mobile data.
I have tried to reach VM through all the different phone numbers they have and it absolutely didn't help.
I have no account number, I have ordered my equipment on the 28/03 (number : KMM51065417V9682L0KM). I have receive the confirmation email but I haven't receive the contract, that is my issue. Can you provide it to me ?
