No contract or account number received

  • Hi I joined to virgin media over a week ago now, I have had my order confirmation email and it stated I would receive my contract within 48 hours and one through the post I've received nothing since the confirmation email. I dont have an account number and I cant get through on the phone. Picked 2 dates for the engineer to come out and install and nobody showed up. How can I get this solved if I cant contact anybody.
