No contract , no delivery , can’t phone! Help!

I ordered m350 broadband on the 2nd of January, received the order summary email and nothing else! It’s now delivery day for the hub , absolutely no clue if it’s coming. Live chat just didn’t respond, no response from text service and I’ve tried to phone but can’t get through as I don’t have an account number or Virgin landline? What on earth am I meant to do here! I just want some internet
