Hi
i received my kit today however it seems not connected, and my socket is ntl is it a problem , and the base light is flashing in green , how can i ask for a technician to help?

Could be one of two things:
1) hub is not activated - Call Equipment activation on 0800 953 9500
2) Cable has been disconnected at street box or cut: call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
