No connection

Hi

Am new customer. I received my hub and cables. I went to fit everything then noticed a coax cable. So looked into it as any other company I have been with I have never used the cable. As I read on it says I need the box for it to screw into. Now this is my new home for 3 weeks now. When I joined virgin it went straight through no question asked. It said everything is OK my end. I have searched the hole house there is no box at all. I ask my next-door to check it as he with virgin he said the same no box. I think maybe person who lived here before as taken it or took the box off. I am now paying for something I can't use. I have tried contacting virgin no luck. Emails to. Can anyone please send me the right place to go and get a new box fitted. Thanks

Sorry to see you've been left without a set top box. Can you tell me if you have any paperwork for the Virgin Media package you agreed that states you have agreed to our TV services?
