No connection green lights

Hi. Moved my hub today. Plugged back in and now will not connect. All connections are tight. I have tried a reset.
 I have green Wi-Fi lit, green arrows flashing and green power light constantly on. This combination is not on the Virgin error codes list. 

Tv box is working ok, tried swapping cables but no joy  

can anyone help?

Thank you for the post Flufffreeman and welcome to our community.

 

Can we please confirm that you still have this plugged into the Virgin Media wall socket? As without this connected the services will not be coming through to your equipment. 

 

Would you be able to run through a pin hole reset of the Hub as well and let us know how this goes?
