No connection for a 2nd day

I have had no internet connection for almost 2 days now and virgin media have changed the fix time 3 times already this is really annoying for me because I work from home this happened at Christmas too and it should have been fixed then instead it was patched up until it broke again

There is no SLA for residential broadband. If you depend on it for your income, you should get a business package.

Call the Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 and start the "compensation "timer" on there - if it hasnt been started already. Policy is here....

cant get a business account it was hard enough getting them to give me a normal one

It should be easy to get a business account if you already have a residential one. All that will change is the hub.
