Just received new quickstart kit and 360 hub. But the contract and set up was all done by a door to door salesman who looked at the cable outside and said it all looks fine, but I realise now I have the kit that there's nothing actually running into the property. I have nothing to plug my new broadband hub into and no way to run a cable to the TV box either.
I now realise after waiting weeks this should have been booked as a technician install.
Am I right in my assumption here or am I being an idiot?
The cable outside runs from the ground part way up the wall, but is then capped off and goes no where.
