No confirmation of Installation date

ordered Broadband on the 1/6/2023, Had an installation date of 19/6/2023.

Never received a confirmation and no-one turned up.

M125 fibre.

You might find it useful to read some of the other posts here about Installation delays, so that you can learn from others' experiences.

If you have an existing service, do not cancel it until the Virginmedia connection is working satisfactorily.
