I recently placed an order for Broadband on the website. Filled out all my info and was sent a pre-contract document to approve.
I have not heard anything since and don't have an order confirmation number or account number. Also can't get through to a person at Virgin Media.
Can someone help?

I'm sorry that you haven't yet got your confirmation email. Have you checked your spam and junk folders for the email? The mails can sometimes find their way in there.
