No confirmation email

I purchased virgin media last night and am still awaiting for a confirmation email with my order reference. Worried that the order hasn’t gone through or details have been sent elsewhere.  Already checked junk and nothing in there

I still have no confirmation email of the order or any details sent to me regarding it.

 

it has now been over a week since I took the broadband out with yourselves

The last private message I received was over a week ago to say everything was confirmed for the 24th. I have responded to the message but have not had a response to my last message.  I still haven’t had any confirmation emails of the order and no customer number etc.
