No confirmation email received

Hi,

I signed up for a broadband/TV/phone bundle yesterday but haven't received a confirmation email (I've checked my Junk folder). I phoned Customer Services and they were unable to help. I then texted 07533 051809 as I'd seen that number referenced elsewhere, but didn't get a response. Starting to take it personally...

Please can anyone advise?
