No confirmation email... for the second time

I recently ordered a student broadband deal (21st June). I did not receive a confirmation email, but waited, as I was told it could take 48 hours. After speaking to a virgin media representative on the phone today, I was told that the order had not gone through (despite the screen displaying order confirmation and an order number). Trying again on the phone, the call was cut midway through. I have just tried again online, and have not received a confirmation email. I don't have much confidence that I will receive one this time. Please could an install manager message me so that I can find out if the order went through this time, and if not, help me complete the order successfully?
