My installation was supposed to have been 22nd December, nobody turned up and I haven't heard from you since, I have since found out that I am supposed to have a site survey before installation, again nothing from you , I've had no communication from you to advise when or what to expect??
As service is not yet installed there may not be an account set up yet.
This is primarily a community mutual help forum. A Virgin rep will eventually reply to your post but it can take a week or so. For a quicker reply you would be better phoning in or using on- line chat, Unfortunately these may result in long periods waiting for someone to answer and the first line support can be a bit hit and miss.
