No communication

Hello Virgin. 

I was expecting an engineer to be coming to be install my internet connection today but no one has turned up. 

I recieved no communication on this. 

I have logged onto my account and it states my line has been disconnected? 

I have been told the issue is that due to being a new build additional line needs to be fitted after being on hold for 30 minutes. 

Strange when houses on my street have Virgin and i also have Virgin plates upstairs and downstairs. 

I have been told an engineer came out yesterday, no information no texts no calls no emails no knocks on the door. 

I don't know how long I should wait until I should just cancel my direct debit and find another provider as my line has already been disconnected and the account will close in 90 days apprently. 

Any info by anyone would be great.
