Hello,
I’m a new customer just joined 3 weeks ago. I’ve just noticed that today that I was due to have an engineer to come between 1pm-6pm has now disappeared from my appointments area so to has my broadband package that I added. Can anyone explain why this would be as I’ve had no email saying that there’s been a packaged removed or about no engineer.
I’ve tried the text service but no help at all and call times are over an hour long.
