No broadband wall socket

Hello

I have received the quick start set up package but cannot connect because I don't have the broadband wall socket.

I would like to arrange for an engineer to come and fix this but have been unable to do this via the website or through phoning Virgin media up.

Is anyone able to advise how to do this please?

Many thanks

Re: No broadband wall socket

For heavens sake. Now that you have posted your account details on a public forum would you like me at twenty million other scammers to start ringing you? Edit them out. VM-Jon asked you to send him a private message. If you don't do this I'll get the Mods to edit by which time the damage will have been done. Personal privacy - often moaned about frequently given away to all comers!

Re: No broadband wall socket

Quite right, you don't know how to. And you don't delete it. You edit it. Go to the message. Click on "Post options". Drop down "edit the message".

To send a private message click on VM_Jon's name and select send message.

Don't forget many of us will now have seen your mobile number. Problems ahead. Good job I am honest. Think before you post.
