Hi, our broadband stopped working tuesday around 8pm and it’s still not fixes. we checked the service and it says there is an issue and it is being fixed. but it’s now been 2 days and they keep saying it’s fixed and then not working again. We’ve had to work somewhere else as we need internet to work. it’s getting seriously irritating. how can it take so long to be fixed?
Residential services do not have an SLA for repairs.
