We've had no broadband or wifi for a week now. Virgin sent a new hub this did not resolve our issue of no broadband or phone line.
An engineer came on Thursday and said he'd replaced the hub and the broadband & internet is now working. But it's not working and when I ring virgin they say its a problem in the area with a fix of 26th October!
We got excited this morning when two engineers pulled up outside our house and then drove off.
