No broadband or landline

We've had no broadband or wifi for a week now. Virgin sent a new hub this did not resolve our issue of no broadband or phone line.

An engineer came on Thursday and said he'd replaced the hub and the broadband & internet is now working. But it's not working and when I ring virgin they say its a problem in the area with a fix of 26th October!

We got excited this morning when two engineers pulled up outside our house and then drove off.

Any advice on what to do next?

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

I'm really sorry you've been having some issues with the service as well as the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual. 

I've had a look at the back end of things from here and it's all looking pretty good, I can also see that some more work has been done. 

Can I ask if you're still having this issue now?
