Hey just as a update , the number you provided is the same as advertised on VM but is not operational.
By connecting to my virgin media under my account I can see all services are live and no issue.
By connecting to my modem itself i can see error in broadband, with no RF connection so the hub is not registereing to the service hence no internet. After 1/2 on WhatsApp with support they will send a technician to see if issue with line at home which was guaranteed as no issue at my address on the day of registration and as I have UPC boxes all over the house. The technician is still to be booked but will again not happen today. Not really sure what to be doing but not the greatest or smooth transition which could really impact my household if not fix promply.
