No activation text

I’ve just received my quick start hub 3 around 2 hours ago and haven’t received a activation text. The hub is flashing green with a steady green WiFi light. I can’t connect to the internet can someone help? I have tried calling the number which just refers me to the website

I’d heard bad things but not this bad ... be cancelling tomorrow
