No activation text

Hi, I received my Hub 4 today and followed the setup details but I haven’t received any text letting me know if my broadband has been activated, I’m guessing not there’s just a solid red light.

does anyone know how I can check if if activated of how to go about getting it activated?

Thanks for your post and welcome to forums 🙂
I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your activation, did your hub come with an activation number in the box, I would advise to call this if you have not already
