I placed an order on Friday for fibre, TV and phone and was sent a contract but it did not have an account number or area on them. The boxes for both were empty.
I have noticed that I accidentally typed my contact number incorrectly but I can't contact anyone without an account number first. I have tried calling but just get stuck in a loop due to needing either an account or landline no (neither of which I have) and the website contact us section is of no help either.
Does anyone have a contact number that doesn't require an account number to speak to anyone?
Very frustrating for a new customer not to have a point of contact for any issues that may arise.
