Hi
I have received a text message from either Yodal or Virgin, saying that my new Hub was meant to arrive yesterday and Yodal will be in touch to confirm a time slot.
However, in the absence of their call, I do not have a contact number or tracking number to chase them for details. Any ideas?

I was told that I would get a text message from Yodel for a VM delivery last week but I didn't receive one. I later found they had sent an e-mail
