I activated my quick installation for my WiFi and Virgin media said they activated it. However, there's a solid green WiFi light and another green light that's flashing and no WiFi.
Please can anyone help? I've called virgin media but no one's helping yet.
check all the connections you have made - ring the activation line again - 0800 953 9500 - do a reboot - do a reset - if non of that works book a tech as it would look like a cable fault between you and the cabinet
