I ordered a broadband package from Virgin on 24/11/2022, receiving an order summary and pre-contract documents. The next steps from the email was to have my delivery date confirmed, have my contract emailed, and receive an SMS with parcel collection details, but have yet to receive any of this information.
I am unable to create a My Virgin Media account because of this, and so cannot track my order details etc.
Any help on this is much appreciated!
