Hi. I have just moved house and ordered virgin broadband 2 weeks ago selecting today for delivery of the QuickStart pack (the house already had VM installed). After the initial order confirmation email I have received no correspondence from VM and do not know whether the it is still going ahead. Without the welcome email I cannot sign up to track progress of the order.
Can anyone help? I tried the text message help service but told they were transferring me and since had no replies. Thanks Josh
