No Virgin wall socket

Hi I have just moved home and have the quick start broadband, we have no wall socket available. Can I arrange an engineer asap?

It may be quicker to ring customer service 150 on a vm landline or ring 0345 454 1111 and admin may not pick this up until Monday and the longer you wait the qs man install dates will get booked up.

You need to Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
