No Virgin wall socket

I just moved and purchased the quickstart broadband, but when trying to set it up, it says you need a Virgin Media wall socket which I don't have. 

How do I now get wi-fi connection without this? Does someone need to manually install this? I WFH so really need to get this sorted. 

I saw some people said to check if there is a brown box outside the property and follow the cables but I don't have this.

Please help!

In that case - you will need to call up (0345 454 1111 or 150 from a VM phone) to get the install converted to a manned install!
