Hi there,
After three failed attempts to get the cable from the road to my house, Avalon finally brought the cable from the road to my house.
but they didn’t fix a brown box to the building or put the cable in the right location.
The photo I’ve attached is of the connection I’ve got to get the fibre into my property.
this clearly isn’t a permanent solution, but I’ve heard nothing from VM since.
who do I speak to about 1) getting the cable relocated 2) properly installed at my property?
Any advice is well received!

That is a coaxial cable, it’s not fibre, as is 95% of VM connections. The joint is a gel pack & is designed to be a permanent fix. However, properly installed it is not.
A Staff Forum Team member should be along in a day or so & should be able to get this sorted for you.
