Hi, the hub and everything was sent through fine. However there is no virgin media socket anywhere to plug into.
After checking previous comments on here I checked outside and we do have a brown Virgin media box out the front of the property, (though the front has come off slightly and it seems to be full of snails!)
I assume we just need an engineer to put in a socket for us?
