No Virgin Media Wall socket .How can I book a technician

Yesterday I had received the VM self installation kit but unfortunately I could not able to connect it since I don't have the VM wall socket , there is an open reach socket /Cox cable and a euro bell wall socket .Kindly help.

The large Eurobell wall box is where you would connect. Socket should be on the underside. Push fit the VM-supplied lead onto the socket.
